Stratford on Avon District Council requires the following:
As a basic requirement of minimum standards, all establishments are required to fulfill their statutory obligations, including the requirements of the Fire Precautions Act 1971 (if applicable), the Price Display Order (if applicable) and the provisions of Public Liability Insurance. Premises are inspected periodically by the District Council's Environmental Health Officers to ensure that they conform with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety legislation.
